How to create a Pirates Room theme
Experiment, many successful pirates room designs, have used walls painted in one shade. Use sensible colours, to ensure your not cleaning the walls weekely, due to finger prints. Popular colours include cream, sandy or light blue. However, the more creative you are, often the more exciting the outcome. Some parents have used two shades, and some have even placed rustic wood panelling on the bottom layer, to recreate the “ship’s hull”. try separating the two layers with a thick rope and be sure to include a Jolly Roger flag, somewhere! To make your flag you may simply stencil it on the wall, or even include it in the curtains.
Wherever possible also think sea life, fish, star fish, sea gulls, sea weed, waves, most of which are included in these wall sticker sets. Removable wall stickers can be placed on closet doors, furniture, walls and windows.
