Today we have been busy adding the new range of Room mates peel and stick MEGAPACKS which offer such a great range of designs to choose from.

Some of the designs include farm animals, doggies, trains, dress ups, and even gorgeous penguins! The megapacks are great value allowing you to thoroughly decorate a room and often have some decals left over to keep decorating elsewhere. Most of the packs contain 50 or so stickers and most of the stickers are large mural size appliques.

I adore the “fun on the Farm” design shown below. It reminds me of the favourite nursery rhyme design which isn’t readily available anymore, making this set a much needed addition to our boutique. We all love farm animals and this set features some of our favourites including grazing sheep, cheery mice and a happy pink pig! Sounds like Babe the pig, what a cute movie that was.

Perfect for a little French sweetheart, the Oh la la set features whimsical clouds, hot air balloons and the Eiffel tower! This set is so pretty and the room theme shown below displays how effective this design can be when mixed with a soft mauve wall paint. What a delight!

Finally we have penguins and polar bears! After all this time we have been waiting for penguins, they are just adorable, you can almost see them dancing in the images below. The art work really does bring them to life and they look stunning after you’ve applied them and take a step back to see the results.

Well we may have the perfect solution! Using removable wall stickers to decorate any childs room is easy. There are a couple of types available. Peel and stick designs are very simple to apply, peel them off the backing and apply to the wall. Pre-pasted wall stickers are self adhesive once they are dipped in water to activate the adhesive. While both types are removable and won’t damage your walls, the peel and stick designs are also re-usable.

We have found that the nautical theme is very popular, but room decor is perhaps not widely available? Lots of little boys love going fishing with their grand dad, sailing or feel the call of the sea and love the thrill of adventure associated with the ocean.

The cool, calming blue tones of this theme make it ideal for hot climate conditions such as those in Australia and these tones have been shown to relax and revitalise the mind.

If you’re wondering what colours to paint your walls to really set off the nautical theme, blue is ideal or an off white colour to break up the blue also works well.

Well we are now well into the festive season and we love nothing more than wrapping your selection of gifts. 2010 is fast approaching and we have a great new way for all you busy mums out there to get organised next year!

Introducing the 2010 OTI (On To It!) Organiser! The OTi Organiser is Australian designed and made by two Aussie mums, and combines a diary with features such as post it notes, meal and exercise planners, holiday planners, a removable contacts booklet, and even comes complete with it’s own pen!

The Oti Organiser is designed to fit perfectly into your handbag, measuring 165mm wide x 217mm high, and weighs approximately 500g. It is not too big and bulky nor is it too small to fit in everything you need.

It comes with a wipeable, durable hard cover, has all NZ and Australian public and school holidays marked clearly throughout, and would make a great gift for just about any busy lady!

It’s rather hard to not be tempted by all these new, funky and versatile nappy bags. I just can’t make up my mind and I can only imagine how hard it is for our mums out there shopping for their new or first loyal yet stylish baby bag. We have new nappy bag brands and styles arriving weekly and I thought I’d try to make shopping somewhat easier by reviewing a few of our favourite bags. (yes my own favourites and what our mums have been telling us).

This red studded Oi Oi Shopper tote steals the show for me and our mums are also telling us that this bag makes travelling with their baby so easy and it’s so stylish!

The photos really don’t do this bag justice- the texture is soft yet durable- it really looks so much like leather, luscious. The studs add character and the stitching as with all the Oi Oi nappy bags is impeccable.

I have added a photo showing the inside of the bag, there are plenty of compartments, i can count 4.
